What would everyone use if TLW/Mida were removed from the game?
This is a serious question. What would the meta be?
Can't be Doctrine of Passing because not enough people have that gun. It has to be something that most people can easily get.
Why so much hate? Damn, it's just a question. I personally have no problem with mida. TLW I feel could use some tweaking though.

3 RepliesMida isnt a meta. Its simply the popular gun right now. It hasnt changed from year 1, its simply "what's in" right now. Hawksaw was top of the list before its release, and another gun will take place of mida. Thorn was one of the only true meta guns. I use a Haakon's Hatchet despite the negative opinions of others. I know my ranges, so i alter my tactics to cater to it rather than cry nerf on something. When in my range i dominate mida, and with crowd control and a high mag count i dominate 1-3 of the teammates next to them too. People are whining because they cant take the idea that they may be playing poorly. I know better than to engage mida at its peak range, but everyone else ignores this and calls it a meta gun. People are their own worst enemy.

I would still use my treads upon stars. To be honest, not as many TLW or midas as people are griping about. Really good mix of weapons this week and getting to rank 5 on all 3 wasn't that tough as a solo player. Just wish that loot was better

H the same guns I use bow cause im not a scrub that uses the meta. Eyasluna and chaperone cause I wreck kids for days that rely on their midas to save them

I'd still use my Nirwen's Mercy. Been using that (occasional swap to Zhalo or hard light) since it dropped as a reward at least a couple of IBs ago.

If last word was nerfed or taken out completely you would probley see a resurgence of shotguns and Titan skaters again. People complained enough when that was a thing so it's abit of a would you rather scenario.

People use these guns because in almost every situation they are a viable option. Outranged using tpw? Switch to sniper. Being rushed while using mida? Switch to special or go for crit and then melee finish. The way these guns synergize with loadouts is what makes them popular. I think that pulse rifles would make a comback

Nirwen's Mercy, hawksaw, Colovances Duty, & pdx 45 most likely. I see them almost as much. Even then, I wouldn't use any of those either
