What would everyone use if TLW/Mida were removed from the game?
This is a serious question. What would the meta be?
Can't be Doctrine of Passing because not enough people have that gun. It has to be something that most people can easily get.
Why so much hate? Damn, it's just a question. I personally have no problem with mida. TLW I feel could use some tweaking though.

Can we at least agree that TLW is essentially a sidearm in the primary slot? Seriously, think about it. I don't hate mida. The only gun I have EVER hated in this game is tlw and Felwinters-archetype shotguns, simply because they are like playing with training wheels and easy mode on.

Well I think easy way to get over this is to have the next Iron banner be No exotics clash. I would love that. I have been trying to not use exotics in crucible and become Dependant on them.

2 RepliesMIDA is good but very very counter able, Thorn wasn't so much. I obliterate MIDA with other scouts such as Tlacoc, Tread Upon Stars, and Colovance's Duty, even Jade Rabbit does well against it. Y'all just need to get better against it and at the game in general. Pulse rifles like Reflection Sum and Bad Juju beat it, ARs in range beat it like Suros, Doctrine, or Hakkons all beat it. I can beat it with a Hawkmoon from range or a last word up close, and hey blink shot gun is still a think too, or a Unflinching Sniper Rifle! It's not that damn hard.

3 RepliesMida isnt a meta. Its simply the popular gun right now. It hasnt changed from year 1, its simply "what's in" right now. Hawksaw was top of the list before its release, and another gun will take place of mida. Thorn was one of the only true meta guns. I use a Haakon's Hatchet despite the negative opinions of others. I know my ranges, so i alter my tactics to cater to it rather than cry nerf on something. When in my range i dominate mida, and with crowd control and a high mag count i dominate 1-3 of the teammates next to them too. People are whining because they cant take the idea that they may be playing poorly. I know better than to engage mida at its peak range, but everyone else ignores this and calls it a meta gun. People are their own worst enemy.
