Destiny 2/DLC Announcement Or RIP
This coming Weekly update must reveal The sequel or upcoming DLC. If it doesn't, and another shortlived event gets revealed, its game over. People don't hang onto a game that has its Devs take months off, just to get a small reveal and a message like "Hey guys were back! Were ready for a fun packed year!". Cut The crap Bungie. Either deliver REAL content to the Consumer base, Or GG.
I think most people would even consider an ACTUAL Apology for the catastrophe that is Destiny, as a decent DLC. Nobody's is going to wait a month just for an event like "Festival of the lost". Deliver the goods.
Edit: Yes im aware of the Dawning event. Im saying we need something more than that to be revealed.
Edit: Cozmo said he pays attention to posts on the trending list, as its usually the most like posts. So Cozmo? Where are you?

Why does anyone think Destiny 2 will be any different from Destiny? Instead of DLC and big content drops your going to be playing a singular game with a story line that only moves forward every two years with a new release of Destiny. The fact they are releasing a Destiny 2 rather than expanding and improving on this game is already a disappointment. Knowing that there won't be anymore DLC will make this game stagnant with nothing to push the story forward. There are only so many ways you can run the new quests over already existing quests. I was disappointed already when two missions we're all on that final Phobos mission; the only thing different was you had to kill a side boss. The other double quest I noticed was the Warmind quest that runs in the same area along the S.A.B.R.E strike. The only thing different you did the second time was an elevator went down and there was one random yellow named enemy. If this is the kind of "added" quests and events they plan on adding to Destiny without actually adding substance with a new DLC that propels the story line I can't see myself playing this game that long. I'll probably Platinum and then be done with it.

The makers of this game have yet to promise you anything this year other than what was tweeted out and that didn't give specific dates. There's a ton of games and it's my bet Bungie expects you to play them and quit whining for them to treat you like a shareholder and info dump you whenever you get the fancy to know everything. Talk about the Me Me Me generation.

They already said this week won't have a huge announcement. There will be an update about the next event, but there won't be anything about the next big content drop. Do your research.

Yeah I pretty much done with destiny. It was a fun ride but there has been way too many mistakes and it's just gotten boring. I'll look into it again when destiny 2 is released.

We're getting some new bullshit event in Feb/March. Some new masks have already appeared in the database. Go check 'em out. We'll probably get another raid before Destiny 2 but it'll probably be ass since Kingsfall was disappointing after a week and Challenge mode was borderline offensive. Kingsfall had the bulk of the dev team behind it but the next raid won't since everyone is working on Destiny 2. But don't worry loyal Guardian, a new RNG based mask event is coming soon! Rev up those wallets to buy some Silver TM!

Well, they will most likely announce The Dawning event when they come back (which will be cool, but now enough at all.) But after that they said they will reveal something, the biggest thing since the release of TTK. That may be a DLC, it may be something completely different. I'm betting that when they announce the biggest thing since TTK, it will be around E3 time. You know what that means. Destiny 2 trailer.

Dude... They already said no more dlc... I highly doubt this half assed company would go back on their word just cause they can make a few extra bucks. As opposed to waiting and hitting the jackpot when all players leave and rejoin

There are no more DLC'S you will just get content added throughout rhe year and then get a main expansion each year..example The taken king, destiny 2 and so on inbetween you will get given new content throughout the year.. Yes im.pissed we have waited so long for more content!
