An option must be made available for crucible players to get gear above 310 light level.
Iron banner is once a month and I had seen no weapons near 310 let alone above. I do not want to raid nor should that be our only option. If you look at my profile and the game type control in particular I have put a lot of time into crucible.
Do you Bungie have a plan to address this?

Iron Banner, Trials or Sparrow Racing. The drop rate is terrible so you will have to grind every event. And even then you will never have gear as high as the Raiders. The drop rate for the other events is too low and the light level overall will rise before we even catch up to 320.
