Really loved the Venom of Ikaheka, but bungie is a pile of you know what and took it away. The speaker doesn't have it anymore.
Also, I'm still salty about not being able to use my makeshift scarf in raids anymore. We should be able to infuse the starter class items to usable levels.

Venom of Ikaheka was my favorite cloak as well. How do you know the Speaker doesn't sell a year 2 version of it? Maybe he simply hasn't sold it yet. I've seen most of the others in rotation.

He has sold all the other cloaks. If it's in his rotation, I'm starting to think it's like gally was in year 1. "It's there", but we'll never see it.
