My favorite was one of the angel cloaks, forget what the name was.. it was a first year though, and sadly does nothing now, so I cant wear it.. -.- All of the new cloaks are pretty ugly, and since they do not tint with the shader.. makes it all the worse. I really had hoped they would make a hunter cloak like the one the stranger wore. I however wear the queens reign cloak. Its an ok looking one.
