Lag ever heard of it it's quite common in this game

But he seemed to damage the titan just fine and the titan didn't seem to be teleporting or freezing.

Smart players would not complain bc they don't see someone with a super and shoot at him in the open. They think hmmm maybe I should run the opposite way and make sure I zig zag behind cover while running. Then wait until the super is over and go kill the guy.
