I accidentally declined the "Dread Patrol" quest I need Bungie to add it back to my Hunter on Destiny

try looking at the blue kiosk panel in the hall of guardians (there are three of them in there-one for exotic weapons, armor, and the other is for abandoned quests)...maybe its in there...

Declined quests will be there if you talk to them again, and or go to the quest collection if it was abandoned.

Go to the tower. If you are walking into the vanguard hall. There is an iPad thing in the back right corner. It will look like the things for blueprints. Walk up to it, and it should say something like "view declined quests" there you should be able to re-get the quest.

By Decline do you mean you chose "Not now" when the quest option came up? Or did you dismantle this quest?
