So, how many people quickly forgot about their old weapons and gear?
Wow... I literally have 45 new items and I've only done the first 2 missions and I went on patrol for 30 minutes. Every piece is better than any of my other gear. I have yet to see how many perform... and of course Crucible is a whole other situation, but I am overblown with the items. Crazy!

3 RepliesOld armour yes but old weapons no way.. Nightfall for example.. Shooting shielded enemies with kinetic weapon is crazy, switch to VoC or Fang then shields dissapear, Its situational really..

I already deleted most of my Y1 stuff, I mean come on....my auto rifle was doing 1046 damage on normal patrol mobs compared to my y1 gear which was doing below 500

5 RepliesEverything without a year 2 upgrade is getting deleted , hurts bad tho as I got three exotics in the last month

I used a y1 primary exotic through the whole main story. Dismantling primaries that we're better. I'm ocd about leveling stuff up.

I'll delete nonY2 exotics. I'll never delete my vanilla weapons and raid weapons and gear. Not sure about the rest, have to figure out the ones that are good for PvP and delete the rest.

I'm not deleting my old stuff yet. Once I've gotten a decent set up going with yr2 weapons then I'll start deciding what gets deleted :)

4 RepliesHow is damage for Y2 weapons? I heard they scale to like, 177 compared to the old 300/365 weapons. Can someone clarify for me, please?

Never dismantling my Two to the Morgue with Shot Package and Hammer Forged. Still a beast in PvP, and my Titan will never let go.

2 RepliesI clung to the Lord of Wolves until the bitter end (read: when I got a Y2 legendary). For full effect, imagine a Titan in full armor, in a bathtub, crying, hugging the Lord of Wolves, and eating ice cream out of the tub. That's me.
