Bought Taken King through Destiny's in-game menu, content no where to be found.

I bought the Collector's edition on Xbox One through Destiny's Director : http://i.imgur.com/wc5a5VH.png Confirmed the purchase and it took me back in game, no notification of active downloads or anything on My Games and Apps. Whenever I click on the option to buy it again it prompts me with a dialog saying that I've already bought the content and it asks me to install it but it brings me to an empty blank page. https://i.imgur.com/nRfNXsM.png -Empty page on My Games and Apps : https://i.imgur.com/9i1iDAh.png When I checked my recent transactions on Xbox's site it shows the charge, my credit card was charged instantly https://i.imgur.com/BnhRWtt.png Also the game shows as Collector’s Edition Content Bundle and in the in game menu it says: [b] "Destiny: The Taken King and Collector's Edition Content"[/b] Please an answer or clarification from someone at Bungie would help or anyone having the same problems.

    [b]Update : 9/10/15[/b] If you are experiencing issues downloading Destiny: The Taken King after purchasing on the Xbox One console, follow these steps: •Open the Destiny: The Taken King node in the Director •Select the Collector's Edition option on the right •Click install button •Under the "Manage Game" page of the Xbox Dashboard, the three DLC items purchased as part of the bundle are listed •Select the "ready to install" button above of the three items •After they are installed, navigate back to the running game Please note : Destiny may need to be relaunched for this to take effect.       Platform: PS4 Version: $40 digital (non legendary or collectors) -purchased from the playstation store Region: North America I didn't get a suros package but more importantly, when I hover over the taken king icon in the director it says "Requires the Taken King" and prompts me to purchase it. I have already purchased it and both the taken king and the suros arsenal package show as installed on my add-ons. It also shows as purchased in the psn store.

      • Same problem here, I purchased the collectors edition because well why not. My cc has been charged right away, but no update on anything so far. No shader, no emblem and no prompt for a download of taken king? The download makes sense because it's technically not out yet. But for everything else to not work ? Any suggestions ?

            • Ps4 southeast Kansas. Bought the digital collectors edition and only received bits and pieces of the gear and content promised to people who pre ordered the collectors edtion. Don't say "wait till the 15th." What's the point of the pre-order then??? Solutions would be much appreciated.

                  • The update should be available for all of us as I just finished downloading it. I also received all of the pre order perks (shader, class items, suros items) when I restarted the game. I hope this helps guys

                  • EVERYONE GO TRY AND INSTALL. Hi I had the exact problem as OP. Just got home and the collectors edition content was sitting there, ready to install. Hope your guys' works!

                    • Works for me now! Go back to the director, try to purchase it again, and when it asks if you want to reinstall, hit install. This is for the collector's edition on the Xbox one.

                    • I did the same thing today and nothing and it 9/9/15 I feel greatly displeased and un satisfied I even uninstalled my game and reinstalled and nothing. Bungie plz fix the I sold my physical opt too at game stop to get the Microsoft points I needed so I'm not happy

                        • The in game menu brings you to ttk not ttk legendery or ttk collectors the class items are only in collectors and legendery

                          • It worked for me. I did the in game purchase once I was able to login after the update. The shader console by the old shader vendor had the new shader there for me to pick up, and the postmaster had the banner.
