Mine, by far, was someone saying sure•ros re•geem•eh.

Also, this isn't an exotic, or a weapon, but one time during an arc burn nightfall, one of my friends got sniped by a reaver vandal and he yelled into his mic: "WOW A FRICKEN RIVER VANDAL ARE YOU SERIOUS!" I started laughing at him and he got pissed cause he didn't know why.
