The exotic perk. (I'm not agreeing that we should get that gun but I'm just saying hawkawesome just has more LitC.)

Yeah.. which for a hand cannon it's awesome having 3 luck in the chamber rounds. But a 30 round pulse rifle having one round that does extra damage, what good would that really do?

Nah the perk is great man. Just not as an exotic perk for a pulse rifle. That's all I was trying to say.

Maybe it could have its own version that does one burst rather than one round.
