Either Universal Remote or The Armermentarium. Can't remember which one was first since they were both the same day and pretty much right after one another. One was a reward, the other came from a legendary engram. This was about a month or two after release.

Absolutely. I keep at least one copy of every exotic I've found, regardless of it's usefulness... Bungie has a way of "balancing" things that may make them relevant in the future.
