You can also just sit there with a shotgun and kill them as soon as they res or snipe them with a sniper with higher impact or use nova bomb or fist of havoc or golden gun or bladedancer.

You can say that about any class tho. If one player has a super and the other one doesn't, there's a good chance that someone's taking it up the pooper. What super ISN'T overpowered on a 1vs1 if the other player doesn't have a super?
