Correction- exotics are supposed to [i][u][b]feel[/b][/u][/i] overpowered not [b][i][u]be[/u][/i][/b] overpowered.

I double checked my post and no corrections needed. I said better, not overpowered. Also, what is the point of feeling over powered??? You're saying gally should be even more nerfed than it is going to be? Because trust me, in pve that thing is OP. Exotics shouldn't "feel OP" then should get the job done better than a legendary can.
