I've still got 7 gold chests to find (Who knew!?)

Complete HoW story missions
Finish VoG on hard
Finish CE on hard
Finish PoE on hard (I'm assuming this means 35)
100 Crucible wins
20 gold chests
50 pub events

1 Reply3 chests and all 3 hard mode completions. Don't really think I'll be sporting that emblem, but you never know. I have a hunch that the lvl 35 PoE is going to be the only one I don't get.
