Can we all stop this Hunters are useless?
I've taken away the original content of this post but pretty much the overall topic it was about was how people were calling hunters useless and that they're the worst class in the game and it was me upset and now I could care less because they aren't so the new topic is what your favorite thing about TTK is so far?

For pve I think warlocks are the most useless for most situations

16 RepliesI hated huntards. I was warlock master race all the way. And then crota begged us all for an ass kicking and we saw the huntard start to show some value. Invisibility is their strength in PVE but that's it. They should almost never bladedance a boss, golden gun capped out for damage, etc. But now with the nighthawk helm the golden gun can be viable too in PVE, so they gained more use. But their jump remains so useless in all forms of PVE. Its not impossible to use by far, but i've seen more jump fails on a hunter than any other class. Now PVP on the other hand has always been the hunters playground. Blink shotgunners were hunters first OP go to setup, and now golden gun and blade dancers are the most likely clutch supers in 1v3 situations. Huntards may still be retarded in many ways, but they have come a long way since vanilla destiny largely due to those players who chose to never quit on them. Warlock is still the master race, but my respect for my hunter and yours has grown a lot. Maybe this new subclass will push hunters further up the tree of favoritism and even beet out titans one day, but until then, keep on keeping on hunter loyalists.

1 ReplyDude I am with you! Hunters aren't useless. In fact my group always has one in the fireteam for the invisibility. It's great for when someone decides to go all Rambo and dies behind enemy lines. No need to worry about be seen and killed by the enemy when you're invisible am I right?!

Like in any hard mode raid: you can't Rez people so invis isn't useful for what people usually use it for and to all those saying golden gun is great for oracles, what happens if you never get teleported and teams that know what they are doing usually don't have trouble with oracles. Also I main a Titan and I can't tell you how many times I've clutched a nightfall by popping a bubble over dead teammates and Rez them. All class have there use but I feel right know in pve hunters are the weakest. Also hunters are amazing in pvp best class in my opinion Edit forgot nighthawk in pve that makes them great to use but I would still rather have a saint 14 Titan or a self Rez lock than anything else at this moment. But I can't wait till hunters get nightstalker and Titans get sun breaker!

I main a Titan so here's my side Hunters are definitely not useless. Blade dances with their clutch invis revives save my ass all the time. Celestial nighthawk wearing gunslingers take down bosses quickly. I could go on but really they're helpful

1 ReplyDay one warlock here. Well I main a warlock since day one but have all three. I love playing with hunters. Invis has saved my team so many times in nightfall a and crota, I can't even count them all. In the group I play with, I find the hunters are by far the most skilled players. The agility and supers make them down right scary. Hunters are needed and keep up the great job to all fellow guardian hunters.

Hunter resume: Crotas end sword bearing..... Poe invisibility to clutch everything..... Vog clear four oracles with golden gun.... Shit no body should ever say useless....

Some people don't suit hunter playstyle and think its crap. Some people suit it well and think other classes are crap. Anyway it more depends on how well you play the game. A noob hunter can change character and still be a noob. so it all depends on how their skill with each class I use all three classes and haven't found a problem with any of them but would have to say I like my warlock least because I just suit the other two better. Though at the same time I love my warlock because he looks awesome and has my 4th horseman

3 RepliesOpinions are the assholes, everyone has them and they all stink. Every class has its good and bad parts. Dont like hunters? Then don't make one. Hunters are the lone wolf class, none of their abilities help your team mates. So if people complain hunters are useless probably just suck at this game and need a crutch. Either way I guarantee a lot of people who said hunters are useless has been carried through the abyss by one, or has had one run the sword for them.

I feel a lot more useful with my hunter. I liked the other two classes more once upon a time but my hunter is now my main. I feel I deal more damage as a hunter and with my nighthawk helmet, I feel I'm a boss killer. Can't ever really go wrong with going invisible either. "Leave the mines to me."

Anybody who says they're useless has never used arc blade in a large crowd of enemies, especially Hive. It's like watching a human bomb going off. That's without a doubt my favorite thing to do in this game.

I created 2 hunters they are not useless at all. The warlock and Titan just need to learn how to play without the freebies.dont get me wrong I like them. It just takes more skill to play with a hunter😳
