I still own a fully functional day one 360. Never red ringed and never repaired. The worst it has ever done is the disc tray sticks very rarely. I own more 360s than that but only because one is for my brother and I got a 360 elite on a nice Christmas. That original has been through a lot of crap so I'm amazed it has lasted.
