Tracking is meh compared to Grenades and Horseshoes, at least for PvP. My Exodus Plan RS1 had the latter with Clown Cartridge.

On a completely different note, hadn't Bungie been the stuck up aholes they are, I'd gladly trade one of my Revenant duplicates for one of your Bittersteel dups. Lol [spoiler]High five for Dead Orbit shaders tho[/spoiler]

Tomorrows Answer (from ToO) is probably the nastiest launcher I've had (in terms of Legendary heavy weapons). I got 8 kills out of 3 rockets, 5 of them from one rocket on a tight map xD
