I always go with the fatebringer, because explosions are awesome.

I use crypt dweller (dead orbit scout) icebreaker, and either song of ir yût or exodus plan RS/1 (dead orbit rocket launcher with cluster bombs)

I have word if crota equipped with explosive rounds; but that's just in prep for the bridge. I won't use anything other than icebreaker during lamps. Solar grenades too if I'm using my warlock..

This weekend me and 2 friends used our new upgraded hard lights. It was AMAZING. Despite that it's an auto it 2 shots to the head and totally mows them down. Don't believe me? Grab some friends and try it.

Ice breaker, it's unnecessary to use mida. If you're soloing and get swamped you'll be eaten alive. If you're doing it as a team you will be running faster than others for no reason. Stick to IB and combust some thralls.

I always go MIDA when on my hunter because I'm going to end up soloing it anyway. On my Titan and Warlock I'll run Fatebringer, but it really doesn't matter because whoever is the hunter will end up soloing it anyway.

Dat 300 FB starts to really see a damage falloff when you hit HM CE, and what used to require one headshot to activate the pretty firefly fireworks now takes 2, in which case you are BETTER OFF to switch to a 331 Scout rifle because its the same 2 headshots to kill and activate firefly. Assuming like me you have multiple scouts with FIrefly and Outlaw, or firefly and a very fast reload. So I say Fatebringer for Normal Mode Crota, and for Hard Mode Crota I run either my Satereinne Rapier with Firefly, The FWC Scout the Calling with firefly, or my Gheleon's Demise with FIrefly and Faster reloads (whatever the perk is called).
