Just use and ldr-5001 with armor piercing rounds and shoot back!! I bring one just for those guys.....

Except armor piercing rounds don't go through walls anymore.

So everybody is saying. Good to know! Wonder if it is because that is a door, or because the boomer can go through it, or what?

I dont remember exactly how they reduced the AP perk but it has something to do with the number of surfaces the bullet goes through. A good example is boxes and "thick" walls, AP no longer works on those. The door the boomer is behind is a single plane with texture on it so the rounds will still go through it.

Check the vendor every few days, the perks and elemental damage changes on them. Im not really sure how often the change is though. AP is a common perk on snipers so you might get lucky and it will be there!!

They said they nerfed the perk... but that was through WALLS... not doors... just my two shards worth!
