No he's hamming it - you can hear him go entire paragraphs without laying it on thick then all of a sudden for the next three sentences he's talking like his mouth is sideways - I know that's his accent, but he intentionally puts it on thicker for "comedic value" It's like if I was to suddenly start talking like "aye bit ye ken ye cannae jist plae it lit at laddie" because I'm Scottish. Yes I still sound Scottish, but I can ham it up as well.
