Well, I will try to clear this up for you.
I am 99.9% sure that people want others to be 31+ due to the fact of Christmas NOOB and other inexperienced VoG players.
I understand we all have been new to VoG at some point but even I have ran some VoG runs off these forums with 31's and 32's who actually had no idea how to run it.
I think people post that to make the odds higher to find more experienced players.

Well? If it takes 1 try or 3 who cares its never going to take as long as our first runs of course people who have been around since day one remember on our 6th hour playing and only being at the gorgons only. Then taking over an hour to run through them as a team! So everyone learned to be followed up by a jumping ordeal and we learnt the puzzle Too. Had fun learning. Now no one has time.
