I agree and disagree. The will lash already one shot low tier enemies so a stacked reload with field scout seems more ideal as your putting out more bullets with the dramatically reduced stacked reload. It also seems like a fine line though and either getting crowd control or a stackable reload with outlaw would be the perfect lash roll.

Depending on the enemy, you won't one shot unless you have crowd control.

Same, I just rerolled mine and was happy to get this, although I spent about 60 motes getting it.

I got final round instead of crowd control :/ I wont reroll because its still really good and I don't want to risk it.

Don't risk it. Crowd control is great but it's not worth the motes, outlaw is where it's at. And final round ain't that bad, it's nice to know [i]exactly[/i] where the bonus damage round is.

Ehhh 1 round doing bonus damage out of 13 is kinda iffy imo. But field scout and crowd control is still pretty awesome. I have yet to get a weapon from the Iron Banner. Didn't really play it that much before. Hopefully I can at least buy the scout rifle!
