Okay, so I am helping a friend out with getting back into the game and he has been having a hard time adjusting, and long story short: all his vaulted items have disappeared and he is upset about losing everything. I offered to help him as much as I can because he has a hard time with technology, but I’m not exactly much better off than he is, nor aware of what channels I am supposed to go through to get him help. Posting here is about the best I could come up with. What can I do to help resolve this situation? Any help would be immensely appreciated. Thank you
