Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you've been experiencing crashing since the recent update. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this might cause concern. If you haven't already tried doing so, then you may wish to verify whether Clearing the Download Cache helps to alleviate this crashing. If the crashing persists beyond the above suggestion, then please let us know if you see any error codes or messages when experiencing these crashes. In addition, please let us know if this only seems to affect certain activities. We'll then review.

Tried clearing the download cache as well, still occurs as before. We've gotten never to the point to see any error code, except for one or two times, the error codes were "Rabbit" and "Quail", we tried following the steps, cleared everything, deactivated the firewall and restarted our routers, even went as far as reinstalling the game, also Steam. Now the game continues to crash, without any error code given, just a simple freeze and then followed by a crash. It happens in all activites, that we tried to join in. Even the moon, simple patrols don't work. Tower doesn't work. Other activities as Exotic Missions, Grandmasters, Conquests all don't work with fireteam members. Only the leader is able to load into them.

  • Hello again, Thank you for the detailed response. Both Rabbit and Quail are general networking errors. If the steps in our network troubleshooting guide didn't alleviate them, then you may wish to consider seeing if our Advanced Troubleshooting guide helps if you haven't already referred to it.

  • Tried it too, checked also the UDP Destination Ports, and they're fitting in. It was just a one time thing, that we've gotten these error codes though, the freezing and game crashing shortly after, still persists for us. No error codes or such.

  • Small update to the situation, we can load into the Tower and Tharsis now, without crashing - still occurs sometimes though. Dungeons seem to work without any issues. Other exotic missions, such as Presage and Derealize work. Normal Portal activities don't work, such as "Defiant Battleground: EDZ" . The Vanguard Alerts - don't work for us either. Everything else regarding to Renegades is also not working for us.

  • Update, figured out, that's not my game that's crashing. It's my friend's game, who's playing on Win10, which isn't getting updated any longer - could this be causing the issues as well? We're running the sfc /scannow and see, if there's anything causing issues.

  • Already been fixed. It was a BattlEye issue, causing problems in the background. Error code "1, 35" due to an outdated Windows 10 OS. Reinstalled their OS, got a new Windows 10 Key and apparently the issues still persist, but they don't crash the game any longer. Every activity is working and the game runs normally again.
