This is what rally barricade does
10% increased Damage Falloff Distance
• 50% Flinch Resistance
• 30 Stability
• 100 Reload Speed with a 0.9x Reload Duration Multiplier
• 80% Splash Damage Resistance against PVE Combatants
Mind you I was taking about raiding.
Giving it +10 weapon for one stack would not change dynamic drastically. But it would make hunter useful.
If you have specific numbers go for it. Prove it.
It IS Dragon's Shadow. It's a better version of that rotation.

I wouldn't call it a "glitch" it's a cancel.
However, it IS some version of this.
It might be LoWs but... it's Shatter with S&S... the bow with Ensemble, Chill Clip and Charged Bolts.
Aegis doesn't have the ranking up on his chart yet, so I couldn't cite that.
To add: For Submersion...
There is an argument for both High Ground and Aggregate Charge in place of Chill Clip.
But Bosses often don't take sustained Debuffs well...
That might be a little different now because arc buddy jolts... but the Hunter would need help... stacks to x3 30%... that could be Tether, S&S... and some sustained Jolt or Scorch...
In the case of High Ground, it's only 2 meters... but obviously situational and mostly impractical, as you need to be able to execute the cadence.
So, realistically it's Chill Clip or Aggregate using your prismatic spike nade.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
