I report this without condoning or condemning it. But with the complaints you hear you'd think nobody plays it much, but according to the Charlemagne Discord that tracks real-time player activity, currently about 21% of all players are playing it. In comparison, 23% are patrolling, 20% are doing story missions, and for all other activities, it is 7% or under. Gambit is 1.5%, a common number for it. So Iron Banner is popular. Of course, results may vary, but for myself, I usually play it. Most of my current armor on my characters is some variation of Iron Banner sets, and I still use some of the weapons. When I finally have time to play again I will be at it, going for my 5th Iron Lord gilded title, which though easy enough to get (so it's not a prestige title), is still one of the cooler titles in the game.
