What other method would you suggest people interact about this game on? You think the majority of people who play the game come to the forums, discord, YouTube or wherever to discuss the game?

You seem to be the one with the wrong estimations. Don't like it. Don't buy it. Didn't originate from the Destiny community. It is a popular phrase used by a wide variety of people for various reasons. 1 of those reasons would be when it pertains to entertainment, aka a luxury item.

Errrr we were talking specifically about destiny so the origins of the phrase are really not relevant. Swing and a miss. That doesn't even make sense. I tell you it's basic consumer behaviors for the "don't like it, don't buy it".. I don't think anyone is making a claim as to where it originated. I brought it up, since you seemed confused, and thought that I said the forums swayed the community into ANY decision. Don't like it. Don't buy it. That phrase and way of thinking, people put into action instead of words.
