Hi there,
Double check all pages of Eva's inventory to see if the quest is able to be reclaimed from there, as well as the Quest Archive in the Tower.
If you are unable to locate the quest try clearing your download/ console cache, complete a strike, and then verify you have Spectral Pages available in your inventory as well as extra space prior to running another Haunted Lost Sector. You can find the steps to clear your cache based on your platform below.
Make sure that you have a mask equipped, and if you still can't make progress try also completing the quest on an alternate character and then swapping back to your preferred character.

The issue is still happening after trying each method recommended. Quest still isn't showing and isn't available in any vendor
