If you think the standard of the game and what is good for Crucible is that those playing as a full time job should NOT be put against the toughest opponents then I don't know where your brain is at. You want them to farm the life out of Crucible again? To be put against those with a fraction of their Combat Rating? For all those regular players to leave PvP here ? Poor, poor Streamers struggling with actually competitive matches in Control. And poor you for not getting to see ridiculous mismatches where pros stomp on noobs, get We Rans, and kill the playerbase one game after another. Here's a thimble full of sympathy for that. The key problems are • lack of Control Freelance • lack of regular Trials Freelance • lack of incentives in Survival • lack of new maps • Class imbalances • Cheesey win-condition weapons and abilities • lack of game modes • Instant OHK weapons • SBMM not working properly - 3.0KDs mixed with 1.0KDs • Leave Penalties at a time they have problems to fix • Peer-to-peer Aside from that you're asking for the game to be trashed further again - no, no thanks.

Listen Man U r top 3 percent in Trials on kd. It might be because ur a great player. Just adapt. I’m a 1.5 kd but I only play quick play and though it is a lot sweatier I’ve adjusted my game play now and it is fine, I just have not been playing because there is no incentive. The weapons and armor drops are crap.

see i really cant see a problem with sbmm because if you that good and work your way up to go against the best why complain about it 💯 there is no point in a high skilled player playing against and low level player if you that good do the sweaty games its what you worked your way up to play to try and be the best not just power over people who hardly play pvp

It was actually balanced and fun. But the top players cried because they couldn’t drop we rans and get a 4.0 every game so bungie basically reverted sbmm. It’s still considered “sbmm” but with the expanded skill pool, games are back to being completely one sided and almost un-winnable for one team. So CBMM disguised as sbmm. 🤷🏻 but honestly nobody is surprised, I honestly expected bungie to cave after 2-3 days. If ur on the winning team u can run whatever you want and do great. If ur on the losing team run meta and still fight just to go positive.

That’s how it used to be for the majority of players. The only people who had fun were good players like you. They didn’t ruin PvP. They just pulled a Robin Hood by stealing from the rich to give to the poor.

These SBMM lovers are all the same. Under achieve in a game, beg for participation trophies, then talk trash people that put in the effort to actually perfect their skills. So it is the same for life living off their parents, never striving to push their boundaries and learn from their mistakes. It would be laughable if not so pathetic.

Ya know, it's not even the sbmm at this point. It's literally everyone just laying with pulse rifles, jade rabbit, snipers etc. It's so boring to play against.

The ttk is way too fast. There is no possible way to react and counter. Using abilities mid combat is a death scentence

The fun part of pvp was that you could test builds or new guns, but now it is not possible any more. But the casuals that only play 3 matches a week, have fun I think.

As a top 10-5% player (I think I am at least), PvP is a terrible experience and I have to sweat my booty off in regular control games for my pinnacle. Like why. It’s a casual playlist. If you wanted SBMM they have that in the Comp playlist. Why did Bungie change PvP for the people that literally only play it for the pinnacle and are bad at the game? I understand the frustration of them feeling like they are getting destroyed by the good player, but aren’t they just playing the 3 games and being done? Also, my matchmaking times are terrible, and noticeably longer. Bungie please revert your matchmaking changes.
