Alter Of Reflections is bugged
I can't process after the first step of the Alter of Reflections quest. The mission doesn't mark on the map and the location of the deepsight doesn't spawn in also

Did you also do this with a fireteam member who had the quest, but before you had picked it up from the investigation board?
