Ayooo, so the 7th Seraph weapons are actually featured in one of the weekly rotating loot pools in Dares of Eternity. Would recommend waiting til that week, probably your best chance at getting one

Pity, xur sold one with timed payload a few weeks ago. Check Xur and Banshee consistently, may rotate back before WQ.
