Bungie pvp developer conversations
Dev. 1: I've been thinking.
Dev. 2: You know that's not in our job description.
Dev.1: Yeah I know but I've got this idea to make pvp connections even worse.
Dev. 2: I've got to say you've peaked my interest. What's the idea.
Dev. 1: Well lets add PC, consoles, and stadia to the mix to see if we can drive the pvp player base away even more. We'll make a point to match players from other regions into pvp lobbies so it will play even worse. No one will know how bad our code was written because we can blame it on p2p or poor player internet connection. And don't forget to mention algorithms a lot cause nobody will know wtf that means anyway but it sounds really intelligent.

But you all said "bUt I kNoW a GuY oN pC", even though you didn't. This was a community choice, you guys decided to ignore everyone. Blame yourselves.

PC has its own separate lobbies from consoles. Also, maybe this is just me but I have barely noticed any changes to connection since crossplay was added. The main thing I have noticed is that matchmaking times are much faster, so I don’t really see the problem.

Do you have anything better to do with your time than complain on the forums nearly every day? Win one lose one, but you break the algorithm by grouping up with friends preferably high skill

In pvp console & stadia will NOT match against PC unless you have a pc player in your fireteam

I played a comp match the other day with and against solos from PSN, I'm Xbox series X hardwired at 320 mbps. It was a hilarious flip flop hahaha. Round 1, one guy on their team got 5 kills died 0 times. Ate 2 direct shotgun hits by me and 3 melees when he was weak. Next round, I go off, same guy charges at me with chappy and on my end, never fired his gun. I easily kill him a few times. He got 0 kills, died 4 times. Back and forth each round, like him and I took turns getting host to the match. Dafuq???

It is pretty bad right now, people make fun of this group. I would not want to be on the PvP team. Management is also to blame we just don’t have the right people working on the game. PvP is so bad right now.
