I picked up an exotic cipher from Xur Friday and grinder out the 21 strikes. After completing the quest and taking to Xur, I wasn’t given the cipher. I do not have any other ciphers in my inventory or post master. I’ve spent too much time on this quest to be glitched out of the reward. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks
