It's time to move The Queenbreaker to the energy slot
There is zero incentive to use this as a heavy. It's not even that good of a weapon period. Bungie, do something with it.

Linear fusions are getting a buff. Just like with rockets they could experiment on exotic linears separately. Just like two tailed and eyes.

1 ReplyI wish... I love linear fusions, but they really are the worst weapons in the game. After 3 years, I don’t think there’ll ever be a day when linear fusions see the sun.

4 RepliesI don’t think it’s a matter of asking IF they’ll do it, but rather WHEN they’ll do it. Back in D1; it use to be a Special Weapon. There’s really no reason to keep it as a heavy in D2.

Thanks to PvP this will never happen I have like a 95% headshot kill ratio with it and basically get a free kill out of every bullet I have for it in PvP

They do less damage than heavy linears but a bit more damage than snipers. (They could move queenbreaker up, but make it do less damage. They could also move darci up and give it the same treatment as queenbreaker). 2. Introduce anti-barrier linear fusion rifles. This would work great with arbalest as that has disruption break. 3. Give all heavy linears a damage buff similar to rockets and slug shotguns. Look how those buffs turned out as they increased the use of these weapons so much. That's just my 2 cents on how linears could be buffed.

1 ReplyI dunno why people say it'll be a pain in PvP, I remember when Queensbreakers was a special in D1 and I never really saw it as a problem. Bungie should nerf Aim Assist/Bullet Magnetism instead of nerfing weapons.

IMO the slots shouldn't have ever been changed from how they were in D1. Since the base game, the decision-making for where weapons are placed among other things has been a mess, causing more issues for the player base and themselves than they ever needed to be. Casing more issues than there ever needed to be seem's to be the norm with this company.

Is Queenbreaker is linear fusion, no? Yes, maybe is seesaw bullet effect. It's seesaw bullets. Sometimes bullet numbers are up. Sometimes bullet numbers are down. Up and down. Up and down. Like a seesaw. Linear Fusion bullet numbers looks like down now. Maybe later will be up. Who knows really. It's a seesaw. Kids like seesaw. They put you on a playground. You kids like the seesaw bullets. Hehe. Hand cannons seesaw bullets are up now. That's in the playground of seesaw bullets now. Maybe they put Linear bullets up, maybe later. Who knows but the playground owners. They make seesaw bullets. Put you on playground play seesaw bullets. You kids love them seesaw bullets. Hehe.

I believe the primary issue is that despite having charge times, linear fusion rifles still have a “fire rate delay” as well. If they were to reduce or remove said delay so that the fire rate was solely based on the charge time, that alone would drastically bolster the dps of linear fusions without affecting any of the other stats.

Nobody cares that an energy sniper will out perform this so called exotic heavy weapon every time and without a charge up rate and doesn't waste an exotic slot.
