i did not get Dead man's Tale
so have this the strike part for the mission and have done the mission 3 times now but still got no gun, and i got the Triumph Complete, is it a bug?

To everyone: the gun doesn’t drop in the room you killed the boss in. You need to go find the dead guardian and interact with him and the gun. Then wait for the mission to end. Then go talk to Zavala.

Apparently you have to complete the mission on the character you got the quest from, so looking at your game history I would assume you have to complete the mission on your titan. Hope this helps

The gun doesn't drop for the first time from the mission itself. After scanning the thing in the Arms Dealer strike, you talk to Zavala, do the mission and then you have to talk to Zavala again. Talking to Zavala gives you the gun. After that, your first run per week (per account, not character like Hawkmoon) will drop instantly from the mission completion and be random rolled. And yes, after earning the gun you can run the mission again in the same week and get your first random roll. Hope this helps!

Did you wait for mission complete? Did you go to Zavala?

There’s apparently some bug in the game, go figure 🙄,but there’s a bunch of people in the help forum with your same problem.
