This man gets it. Call me a shill or a steamer simp or whatever, I don’t give a sh!t.
This is an extremely solid articulation and distillation of community-sourced feedback on what’s needed for the Crucible — and Destiny as a whole — to be healthier.

Oh, and any “hurr durr, Destiny is a PvE game” bullish!t will be instamuted. That nonsense doesn’t even warrant a response.

1 ReplyIts a PVE game.

1 ReplyCareful. Idiots here hate content creators for no real legitimate reason despite most of their concerns (including his follower's feedback in this video) being pretty common stuff in the destiny forums. This community is so deluded. They think that a youtuber's followers arent part of the community and rely on this backwater forum app which has been inferior to the official reddit for a while now. Yet at the same time, reddit, content creators, and this forum all resonate the same exact concerns...though for some reason ya'll want to act special.

17 RepliesThen you don’t want to hear the truth and you’re setting yourself up for disappointment and frustration. TV is handing you a laundry list of things he needs to save his business.... and then telling you that it’s in your best interests. Sort of like listening to rich people sing the praises of low taxes. Bungie can’t do half of what he’s asking for, and won’t do the rest. They are melting down because I think they are starting to realize that Bungie is de-emphasizing pvp...and they’re panicking. And telling you to panick too.

23 RepliesIt is a PvE game. It's like saying BMW isn't a car manufacturer because it makes some bikes. Its main priority is cars. It's a PvE game with a PvP side order, it's the truth if people like it or not.
-
Destiny was always a PvE game first. The whole concept was taking a pve game and marrying it with online players you could interact with with a strong focus on socialization. While crucible was added mainly to get a pvp presence going, it was never going to be competitive. Bungie never took those steps towards that. You can mute me now. But here on out you’ll be wrong. Bungie stated all this before D1 was released. PVE GAME FIRST MY DUDE!
-
Statistically speaking it is a pve focused game. Warmind currently tracks 57% players in pve and 25% in pvp. Leaving 18% unaccounted for being players not playing destiny2. Plus iron banner week so these numbers are skewed.
-
TV has some good point but the rest I dont agree with. New modes: yes Maps: yes Loot: yes Complete sandbox separation: yes
-
steamer simp
I hope you're talking about an iron & not a turd.

2 RepliesInstamute me then you sjw shill. THIS IS A COOP PVE GAME NOT A PVP GAME! PVP NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDED INTO THIS GAME, ITS DONE NOTHING AT ALL BUT BRING IT DOWN!
-
pve numbers have held steady during House of Wolves drought, TTK drought, Worthy, Arrivals, and only really dipping during pvp focused times like vanilla D2. objectively the most balanced state of the crucible and trying to achieve that is what nearly murdered the game.

20 RepliesTop tree dawn is top tier with stasis, do we remove it too? Hc’s 10 times more kills than next primary in trials. Do we block them too? More maps, yes. Rift, yes. More loot, yes.
-
Imagine demanding something be removed cause a group of players don't like it, well again actually. Bungie has already said they WON'T seperate the sandbox. There excuse is about power but let's face it they just don't wanna do the work. Power in this game means nothing except to lock you from activities.

2 RepliesI would call all you all those names. But if your just list the 4 things I’d think better of you. I don’t mind hearing YT’er opinions but I absolutely hate watching a 10 min video that can be summarised in 30 secs.

46 RepliesI stopped watching the moment he handed out insults. That is not conduct for a conversation.

1 ReplyI mean if Bungie Devs actually played the game on PC on live servers they'd learn what's broken... Doesn't take a rocket scientist to learn that shotguns and stasis are broken. I swear they all only play on a closed server which they all are bad (I assume this because of the mtn top clip were some dude missed 4 shots then got mtn topped) and when they get killed by stasis they giggle like 5 year olds.
-
2 RepliesI agree with it all except removing stasis from PvP. I’d like to see the other subclasses brought up and the most frustrating parts of stasis being toned down. Destiny has never been about removing aspects from the certain areas of the game. I think most streamers hate stasis because of its ability to stop you in your tracks and is very difficult to play around with aggression which isn’t good for clips etc. I do think there needs to be changes to it but not removing it.

1 ReplyI watched it. The real issue which transcends the entire game BOTH PVE and PVP is the lack of content created since Forsaken was released. The game direction the franchise has taken going F2P coupled with the Seasonal Model, & then implementing sunsetting and the DCV has shown us that the game is about minimal new development with FOMO being the driver for engagement and Eververse being the focus for revenue generation. Obviously this Business Model has proven profitable to this point so I don’t expect many, if any, changes to occur. More reskinned, rehashed, reused, content from D1 is headed for D2 and will be hyped as new. It is what it is until something significantly occurs to change things.

15 RepliesMuting is for the weak. Feel free to mute me. Btw, I wouldn’t have said any of that. You have a right to your opinion, but muting people for theirs....weak.
