i have tried my best for D2 community since the day i found they ain't toxic but just because of this I am planning to leave this game after a while.
I hate you Bungie. thought this company is not like rest but you just a bunch of chashgrabers just there tell me buy expansion and then telling to me that i will get banned for nothing. goodjob.

Having an open NAT would be a big step in fixing your connection. If you need help with that send me a message on here.

21 RepliesHowdy there! The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. Please review the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned. For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy here.

5 RepliesIf you do not wish to have a Restriction place on your account, you should avoid participating in all competitive activities with matchmaking until you are able to improve your network connection so that you don't continue negatively impacting the experience of other players.
