So I feel like raid encounters should drop 5 Spoils of Conquest after EVERY completion. Why? What other reason is there to do raid runs after your weeklys? None! At least with Spoils drops after completed encounters, you can buy a single NON POWERFUL weapon drop at the end. Gives you a reason to do the raid more than 3 times a week
