Allo there,
Have you tried doing the pc move procedure again? This should pull over the licence.

I performed the move again. It lists Osiris and Warmind, but not Forsaken or the Annual Pass. What happened? https://imgur.com/a/fdgBN7z

Can you make any assurances I WON'T lose all my progress by doing the move again?

Since you've done the transfer once already and moved those characters etc then it should be fine as the migration can only happen once.

To be clear, the warning says a steam account is already detected and if I continue the move (ie perform the move again) then my existing Steam characters, Silver, and progress will be lost. Since I have already moved my battle.net characters, battle.net silver, and battle.net progress over to Steam, they are now my Steam character, silver, and progress. Right? I detect a contradiction between your assurance and the language of the warning. I don't mean to be contrary, it's just that the worst outcome I can think of here is pretty darn bad as I'm sure you can agree.
