Bungie please, please increase the Ascendant Shard and Enhancement Prism stack limit, or at least let us put them in the vault and have multiple stacks like we can with Enhancement Cores

3 RepliesAgreed. I've resorted to completing PoH weekly and just storing the gear in my vault for future dismantling.

Edited by EARWAK3R: 9/7/2020 1:38:52 PMWe dont do gms for the loot, its a 1 and done for the title. Its way better and more efficient to farm master. Farming gm, even if it gave better loot would still not be worthwhile. I agree with the points for master though

Masterwork exotics. It cost 3 shards but returns one on dismantle. Yes you lose 2 shards but its a way to keep more than the 10 max
-
3 RepliesWhy do you have so many? Use them on armor that's good for a year. Then you don't need any more high end mats for 9 months. Doesn't seem like there is a good reason to have so many.
-
38 RepliesPeople play those?
-
12 RepliesAim higher. Ask for them to give you LOOT that is worth the difficulty. Not just a more efficient material farm.
-
Whilst it would be nice, I would have like 100 shards spare minimum before beyond light at this rate. Instead when you get full it should just drop other stuff
-
1 ReplyI'm sure they put a cap on their for a reason. They don't want you to stock pile them. Just be glad they don't wipe out your inventory and make everyone start fresh per season.
-
2 RepliesJust stack the excess in your postmaster. It's a mini vault for such things. Simple.
-
1 ReplyPlot twist they change what material we use to upgrade our armor just like in d1.
-
1 ReplyEdited by Bore: 9/5/2020 10:57:31 PMI just masterwork blue gear and put it in the vault. They should also let us turn shards into prisms and prisms into cores.
-
2 RepliesBungie make it 1 per account. People should invest and reinvest, not hoard and stack.
-
4 RepliesMaybe don’t make Grandmasters like the Corrupted a pain in the ass to beat. Seriously, I want to see whoever designed Grandmasters beat all of them.
-
Probably to keep you from stockpiling

Bungie please, please increase the Ascendant Shard and Enhancement Prism stack limit, or at least let us put them in the vault and have multiple stacks like we can with Enhancement Cores
This week is the corrupted. What a $hit strike ..... I'm staying far away!!! ;o)
-
Here's hoping the solution isn't to give out less Ascendant Shards.
-
7 RepliesWait there's a cap on how many you can have? Bro This Game Sucks How tf do y'all still play this
-
Forget mats. Golf balls and old exotics aren't cutting it anymore. Give me exclusive ornaments or brand new armor sets for grandmasters. Then I'll bother playing them.
-
1 ReplyWhy hoard? Save a few I guess.
-
1 ReplyBump for farmer
-
5 RepliesWhy in earth to grind them the first place? You know every -blam!-ing enemys exact position, movement and how to. Why bother? And Exotics are going to be sunset soon as well. Stats are pretty much meaningless in any PvE and also P2P PvP. You can use blues and be as good. Why waste any more time on that hamster wheel?
-
1 ReplyI see both sides of this. All the same, I hoard armor from POH runs to stash a crapload of prisms.
-
I've just masterworked a ton of gear to dismantle for mats with next DLC. I've been monitoring my postmasters tho considering I have a 10 stack of golf balls and 50 prisms per character lol.
-
1 ReplyThey won’t do that, it will mess with their masterwork economy!! They want to keep people grinding next season and not just next week! In the meantime, for anyone who it hadn’t occurred to, just stash the drops from PoH in your vault - you can shard them for prisms when your stack gets low.
-
3 Replieshere's the problem, and this is strictly from bungie's point of view - as i wish there was no cap either If we can stockpile upgrade mats; then we won't need to grind down the road - they can't have that. Also, if they DID let us stockpile them, they would just do what they did before with enhancement cores - give us more sources but then just add even MORE upgrade materials. They want us on the hamster wheel - and the current system allows that.
