Hey there! DLCs do not transfer over so you will have to rebuy it on steam.

So you telling me, I have to buy DLC again for a game the is 3 years old. Sounds like a scam to me

Game licences are controlled by that platform not by Bungie hence why they do not transfer.

As the OP is not referring to cross-save, but is actually migrating their Battle.net data to Steam, the game licenses are indeed part of that migration. The PC Move is completely separate from cross-save, which is where some folks here are confusing things.
