This week at Bungie - 6/16/2020 Bugs are here to stay, stop asking about them. Get used to the new sprint mechanic because we either don't care or are too busy working on Matter to implement a fix. We realize this is a mild inconvenience to the community from the 10,000+ posts about it but, come on guys, just figure it out. AKA farming has been IMMEDIATELY dealt with because if you're AFK you can't be perusing all that sweet new loot in Fenchurch's Funhouse (AKA Eververse). Did we mention this is the first time you can't buy any of the current season items with bright dust? Thats right, get those credit cards out because if you want the new stuff, it's real money only, err- I mean silver. Don't forget to pre-order Beyond Light. We realize the next generation systems will be out a couple months later with next gen titles but this DLC will be cool-ish too. To kick off the event we will be deleting, err- vaulting 4 planets and all their associated content. Don't worry though, 2 new planets will be ready at launch - huh? Oh, 1 new planet will be available at launch, and 1 returning favorite, the Cosmodrome! Fret not guardians, our future looks bright.

@Bungie Firstly you meddle & WRECK the control system (the one constant thing that worked) Then it’s Removing SBMM Really? [b]WHAT the 🤬[/b] have you done to QP crucible? It’s gone from the odd stomp & the odd beating (With 80-90% of the other games being tightly contested in [b]SBMM[/b] - due to roughly similar KD/KDA ....and a pool of players whom pretty much fill the 0.9-2.0 category - the average joe/jo’s) Mostly balanced & fun (even if frustrating sometimes) [b]Now[/b] it’s some lag fest issue with [b]CBMM[/b] that struggles to find ANYONE with a similar connection to mine (500Mb, 7ms ping) & an ever shrinking playerbase so it’s now just finding ANYONE (thanks for the matches in the last few days against Flawless/Unbroken players from Finland, India, China, Chile etc etc etc...all winding their internet up or streaming PH to destroy their ping/jitter PANDERING to the streamers & sweats The minority opinion shouldn’t fvck it up for everyone ....will this lesson EVER be learned? Sadly though, you seem to covet the streamers & laggy bastardo’s with their stolen McDonald’s WiFi, 3G phone connection etc Pity that you removed SBMM in the update, after taking money for a DLC (no matter how small a charge) without telling anyone So, why would anyone trust the next stupid decision you make as a studio ? yet another nail hammered into this franchise coffin [b]SBMM[/b] was necessary to try keep a 60/40% chance of a good fight, fair & challenging to play players that sometimes kicked my ass, but in the next match, lessons could be learned [b]CBMM[/b] is akin to being a journeyman boxer fighting Tyson Fury (with your bloomin eyes closed) as he bobs/weaves around the ring & smashes you in the face Other times it’s being that journeyman boxer beating up a poor bloke who’s drunk & sitting tied to a chair! (1 paid account = 1 vote) It’s certainly not improving connection quality The game is dying - so it’s just a way to cast the net wider & pull in players from god knows where on dial up connections, lagging, glitching, modding etc Another appalling decision God damn Bungie, you really have lost your way!

Well, since this game is going to be dropped in a couple of years, it explains a lot of why there have been so many very poor decisions that have been made since this game released. This company should have sold the IP to Activision and they could have focused on their new IP. This game would have been far better off and we would have been getting quality content like Forsaken, thanks to the other studies that put some effort into the game. That 10-year plan was a lie and management and the WoW guy never really planned for this game to actually ever go anywhere. It's a shame because for an open world, MMP/RPG this game hasn't even come close to it's potential, and now it never will because of this company. The other studios had it right, and this company had it so wrong even when everything was right in front of their face they still chose this path for the game. This company missed out on the chance of this game being one of the best games out there, yet it can't even keep a healthy player base versus games that are just PvP. COD has something like 30 million and this company struggles just to keep 1 million if that. Maybe destroying Staten's work wasn't a smart move, was it? or causing a lot of talent to quit this company because of the poor decisions. If this company can't handle this game, what makes them think they can handle that new IP?

Some people complain about AFK farm, it’s fixed. Streamers complain about SBMM, it goes away. EVERYONE COMPLAINS ABOUT SUNSETTING, it’s still on. Maybe we just need to get streamers to say it’s a bad idea and y’all will listen?

Just like the police Bungie needs to be defunded, dismantled, and restructured if they think giving us more old content is acceptable we've been putting up with this for too long now guns armor crucible maps the list goes on and once again they're answer is rehashed content wonder why we are not getting a D3 is cause Bungie needs a publisher to distribute a new game and without Activision all they can do is continue adding dlc expansions to D2 for the next 3 years this expansion is basically rise of iron April update with a price tag so with all of us buying beyond light witch queen and lightfall we are pretty much paying the money necessary for Bungie to distribute destiny 3 I say boycott ladies gentlemen boys and girls we are the publishers we are the stock holders and investment callers
