If it's not allowing you access to your bunkers try reseting your licences on PlayStation, ps settings, the goto account management to restore licences

I’ve done the towers probably 20 time and only completed the one on the moon. I mean I’ve tried everything and watched a shit ton of vids and they all have access to the door in back of the bunker and I don’t. The m ready to throw my Xbox out the window. I’ve literally been at this shit for four hours.
