Today we sit at 15% shotgun usage of all weapons kills, hand canons at 35% with the top 4 kinetic guns out of 5 being hand canons.
No fusion made it to the list
Fusion usage is around 3%.
How about you cry some more to bungie to make yourself look childish cuz no data is backing up your crying.
(I actually don't mind removing backup plan on high impacts, it is uncountable)

Lets be real we don't care about the % it's the cheese that burns us up... Bet no one would mind shotguns being at 15% usage if the only shotgun in the game was badlanders...

5 RepliesEnough with this garbage argument. The percentage of cheaters in this community is obscenely low so by your logic they should be left untouched. -blam!- this argument and -blam!- Erentil fr4

19 RepliesMost used special weapon: Drumroll please....... Brbrbrbbebbrbebrbbbrbrbrbbrbrbrbr FUSION RIFLE With more fusion kills than shotty and sniper combined. (Also mains a pulse) Verdict: delusional dad rifler thinks he’s off meta while he spams a high impact fusion (wizened rebuke) Lol k. Here’s the thing. Fusions don’t see as much use because they have the highest skill barrier to entry, (it’s not high, just the highest) because they require a modicum if game sense and awareness to use. Just because they aren’t used a ton doesn’t mean certain rolls aren’t busted AF A good max range back up plan high impact fusion is literally the hardest special weapon in game to counter because you can’t flinch it, out ranging it is rare on destiny maps and you have to treat it like a power weapon and hope they miss (not surprising since fusions are the only special that didn’t receive nerfs when leaving the power slot)

10 Repliesnerfing the fusion rifles as they are going to do will only mean less people use them and we see more shot guns which means.. more slidy shotgun apes.. and nobody complains about that do they.....

4 RepliesEdited by Cal: 2/12/2020 4:12:21 PMAll this whine and no cheese. Oh wait your fighting for erentil that’s plenty of cheese

1 ReplyFusions have too high of a damage floor. Cut that in half and they're balanced.

You should actually make one of these posts every day.

6 RepliesEdited by Calevis24: 2/8/2020 10:35:57 AMThey shouldn’t touch it. At all. People are just mad they can’t shotgun ape or hand cannon spam all the time. Fusions are the same they’ve been literally for years. I’ve been running around with the banner Wizened Rebuke from like two years ago or something and no ones had an issue with that. Basically the same gun everyone is crying about now. Backup Plan is barely active for two seconds and it takes map awareness, radar usage, positioning, timing, etc to use it REALLY well. People are just mad they can’t jump around with Stompeez and their shotgun and get easy kills 10/10 times.

Bungie’s community is now essentially made of cry babies. Mostly hunters spamming dodge and health recovery using spare rations and mindbenders, and thinking they have skills. It’s called the magic of bungie: providing scrubs with the illusion they are awesome. Same thing for joblessers. It’s like tinder’s business model trying to make kids never feel rejected. Basic ape tactics.

Destiny from the beginning follows the same pattern of complaints. A large part of PvP loadout is shotgun and sniper. However people can't complain about these weapons to be nerfed if they're using them themselves. So for now it's fusions getting the call for nerfs, even though they are getting killed more from shotgun or snipers, According to stats. If Bungie nerf fusions and make them not competitive (which nerf history shows us they will), then attention for the next thing other than snipers and shotguns that kill them. Jotuun, mountain top, sidearms, melee, grenades, supers. Everything other than where majority of kills are coming from. Finally a call for special ammo reduction and we'll be back to D1 year 3.

This post is going to do nothing but have people bring up their KD to justify their point

So why make the comparison between hand cannons (a primary weapon) and fusions ( a secondary) regardless of the usage of fusions % wise does not mean they are balanced or don't need a rework. I think it they reverted them back to the way they were in D1 there would be next to no complaints from anyone.. but as they are in d2 they need adjustment
-
1 ReplyYes I agree. Nerf fushions to the ground.
-
4 RepliesPeople that use shotty usually use HC or a pulse as a primary. People that use Erentil have no idea what a primary is.
-
11 RepliesWhy are fusions not showing up on the usage lists? Because fusions are only in the Energy slot (besides Bastion, which isn't OP) where as handcannons, shotguns, and snipers all have a meta option in both the kinetic and energy slot.
-
1 ReplyThere is a little discrepancy here. I am sure there are quite a few shotguns from different archetypes used in pvp. Plus it is easier to simply 'pick up' a shotgun and start running around with it. This is why the number seems more for shotguns. In fusion rifle's case only the high impacts are used. Specifically erentil. U don't really see people using any other archetype. When was the last time u saw someone using a techeun force? Zealots reward? Plus fusions take some getting used to compared to shotguns. Not much but still a little longer.

Backup plan needs removed from high impact frames and perk combos like firmly planted and high impact reserves or under pressure high impact reserves needs looked at. It's not fusions directly moreso the perk combinations that Erentil can get and to my knowledge only Erentil can

7 RepliesEdited by idioTeo: 2/8/2020 12:12:43 PMDawnblade got nerfed many times and it wasn't even overused or overperforming, no one cared about it when people tried to chabge the facts, i don't -blam!-ing care about your hypocricy, i hope bungie will -blam!-ing nerf to ground fusions and everything else you guys like
-
6 RepliesLow use rate doesn't mean its balanced. Back in Forseken 1% of people had NF and it was broken AF.
-
Seems to me like you and the rest like you are the one childishly crying over nothing. You have zero information over the changes, don't know if it's pvp range and/or damaged multipliers or pve changes. Bungie hasn't even taken your candy away yet the paranoia is strongly set in already.

MUH CRUTCH!

7 RepliesWeapon usage has nothing to do with a Certain archetype being broken & overpowered Guns are Nerfed or adjusted when they perform in ways they're not supposed to, not because every1 uses them Destiny 1 fusions Performed like fusions, in D2 they perform like snipers, so no point on having Linear fusion rifles in this game i guess
-
9 RepliesIt’s not about usage GUYS and GIRLS ! Back up plan removes what a fusion rifles skill gap is...charge time. Plus the range, spread and general 1HK ability of Erentil is BUSTED compared to other fusions. Before everyone says but usage again... LOW is below 2%, Gun is completely BUSTED in PVP. Usage is not the stat.
-
44 RepliesNobody uses usage as a reason they’re broken. So good for you for defeating an argument that was never made. Now, if you want to comment on OHK range and the backup plan perk, now we are in the same realm of discussion as the rest of the community.
