Restrictions are as Ingwe pointed out. 2 weeks, 2 months, permanent. If you are restricted for 2 weeks, take this time to improve your connection as the next is two months. If you know you are restricted for two weeks, you should also know the reason is your connection, as that is pointed out in the warning message.
