It's says crown of sorrow will drop as 2.0 versions when Shadow keep drops. Does this mean we will have it, or need to raid for it again?

You need to reacquire it. I don’t think the gear you have equipped or stored in the vault is going to become 2.0. During the reveal they mentioned you might want to keep your current “god roll” armour for the time being

Updating already-acquired armour would make too much sense for these hacks. They also want to distract you from the fact that they are not adding any armour/weapons to year 1 & 2 vendors, or even just updating year 1 weapons to be randomly rolled with 2 perks instead of 1.
