Unable to Unlink Playstation Account
I no longer have access to my playstation account which is linked to my bungie account. This is preventing me from enabling cross saves. I have access to my battle net account, my xbox account and my steam account. Removing the link of my playstation account should let me enable cross saves.

The best option is working with Playstation Support to try and recover access to the account. If you cannot access the inactive account, the only way to proceed would be to move your legit accounts to a new bungie profile. Keep in mind doing so you will lose access to any code redeemed emblems that were associated with the old bungie profile.
