Need advice for hitting power level 700 :)

What is the fastest and most efficient way to hit 700? I’m currently sitting at 666. I’ve been upgrading the weapons for my raid and Gambit Prime loadouts first. All comments and suggestions are welcome. If I need to change anything, I will. Thank you. May you have a great day my fellow Guardians.

    - save stronger powerful rewards (Reckoning, Gambit prime, Gambit bounties, raid) for when all of your highest gear is about the same level and use the weaker powerful rewards (Vanguard, crucible, flashpoint) to "catch up" on weaker gear - Planning ahead and staying committed to said plan will yield the best results - There are times where you have to gamble whether or not to risk wasting some weaker rewards to get a boost to catch up on your weaker gear - RNG plays a big role in the speed you gain power you could get 10+ energy weapons from all the best rewards resulting in very minimal power gain - Take care of your gear and not dismantle the good stuff by accident (I did twice this season XD) My experience getting to 700 power Note: all these numbers are from my memory and before the patch that the powerful rewards apparently had and might not be 100% accurate - Vanguard strikes, heroic story missions, crucible, spider bounty, flashpoint, normal gambit gives 1 power above average power - Dreaming city (maybe nightfall as well) gives around 1-3 power above your average power - Raid about 5ish for last wish and about 8ish for SOTP and challenges including last wish HOWEVER begins to depreciate when you get higher powers down all the way to a measly 2 above your averge - Shattered throne not sure but gave at least 2 power at the 690 which is pretty decent at that point (I think it gives about the same as last wish but slightly better but not that much) - Reckoning, gambit prime, gambit bounties, prime engrams give the best rewards General rules for powerful gear is: - Your drops are based on your highest average power and not the power of individual gear - recent/more difficult (higher power) activities give the highest values - older/easier activities give low increases - The higher your power increases the amount you get from stronge rewards become weaker I hope this helps in your quest for 700 Power and possibly any future power cap increases in later DLC
